Członkami zespołu są:
- Hansi Kürsch (od 1987 r.; wokal, gitara basowa);
- André Olbrich (od 1987 r.; gitara prowadząca, wokal wspomagający);
- Marcus Siepen (od 1987 r.; gitara rytmiczna, wokal wspomagający);
- Frederik Ehmke (od 2005 r.; perkusja, instrumenty perkusyjne, flet, dudy).

W skład zespołu wchodził także Thomas "Thomen" Stauch (1987-2005; perkusja, instrumenty perkusyjne).

Początkowo, w latach 1984-1987, zespół nosił nazwę Lucifer's Heritage.
