Jest gitarzystą zespołu Canned Heat (1969-1970, 1990-1992, 1996-1999, od 2010 r.). Był ponadto gitarzystą w następujących grupach:
- John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers (1970-1972);
- Pure Food and Drug Act (1972).
