No właśnie.
The Hobbit BOTFA EE Summaries (SPOILERS) Can't Post
Since there's so many summaries, I just thought maybe we should make one thread for everybody.
Here's mine.
---------------------------------------------------------
Overall:
-Bloom is turned down a lot-and is only noticeable for me in two scenes which are both in the theatrical.
-Some scenes are slowed down in the theatrical, or have subtly added parts. EX. Tauriels eyes looking around during the rune scene at the lake.
-A much more fleshed out version of the battle.
-A way grittier version of the Battle.
-Much more characterization for everyone, except for Fili and Beorn, but they both get extended scenes.
SMAUGS ATTACK
-Forgive me-I may not be putting this in the correct order. There are a lot of more scenic shots, including the Bard moment from the trailer. There was a very short scene where an old lady is running into people, and a bunch of people are running and the shot is grimly lit by bright fire. One that stood out for me is that when Bard breaks out of the roof, it shows another building which also has holes in them like the one Bard made. As Tauriel, the Dwarves, and Bards Children escape there are about 3 new shots of Smaug, one of him coming down near them where the building explodes, and about two more of him, one with him going down and the camera at his side moving down with him as he blows fire.
THE SHORES (Im sorry I dont remember what this scene is called)
-There arent any notable added scenes, but if you look closely there are some added glimpses and other cool shots that only go on for a couple seconds, as mentioned in the Overall part!
DOL GULDUR
-Sauron is banished in the same way, the orcs lines are different. The Orc sees the ring of fire after pulling off his sleeve and asking Gandalf is an harsh voice where it was and is about to cut off Gandalfs hand, then Galadriel comes in and you see her walking up steps, and she says a couple lines in a fierce and harsh voice, one of them I have come for Mithrandir.
This is similar to the Theatrical-She waves her hand, but instead of flying away he bursts into pieces. This scene may be a little bit scary, someone said they saw tissue and bone, all I saw were rock-like things, but it goes by pretty quickly. After this shot it is the same as the theatrical with the magic going around Dol Guldur-like into a void. Then it is pretty much the same with small added shots. Then Elrond and Sauron come in-Saurons eye appears to be a little bit bigger than I remember. But that may just be me. In the battle there are bunch of amazing shots of Saruman and Elrond fighting the nine. A lot more flips and turns, and acrobats. One that I really loved is when one of the nine fell of the fortress on the back side, so we were able to see the behind and it falls far down, and then disappears. Everything else is the same.
RHOSGOBEL
-Radagast hands Gandalf his staff in a sweet scene, saying that hell need it more than him, everyone in my theater obviously were talking about this, they all gasped! After that there was a slightly comedic scene where Gandalf walks away and he says the staff could be slightly dicky (not the bad word, people in my theater thought he meant that, its an actual word haha). But Gandalf doesnt here and he says something like Oh well, hell manage.
BACK IN EREBOR
-There isnt anything new if I remember except for a few extra shots, and that one shot of a tower outside of Erebor that looks pretty cool, while theyre speaking.
DALE
-No new shots
ELVES IN DALE
-A few more scenic shots, the one we saw in the trailer. The armor looks amazing, its so much clearer without the pink sky.
BRINGING THE ARKENSTONE TO DALE
-You see Bilbo tying the rope to a handle, then as he is doing this Bofur walks by. Bilbo is nervous and tries to hide the rope, and Bofur says its fine if you go. The scene goes on for maybe a minute to 45 seconds longer, then Bilbo says Ill see you in the morning. Bofur says Goodbye Bilbo. Its really funny and sweet. Then there is another shot that is new, and then it continues from where he was in the theatrical.
THRANDUIL, BARD, AND GANDALF
-No new shots
THE BATTLE BEGINS
-This scene is amazing-absolutely stunning-pure cinematic magic and is very emotional, seeing our two friends collide in battle. The sound effects in this scene are amazing. The scene goes on in the same way, and by the way the elves faces are not changed but by the time Thranduil and Bard gets to the front the army looks amazing in the background. And their armor is very clear. Thorin walks back and forth obviously stalling, and the company is worried, thats when Balin says something like we should surrender (not exactly that). Then will you have peace or war-the same. The dwarves enter, with their chariots/war machines at the front. Dain has the same lines, when he walks with his pig up the the dwarves The Dwarves start attacking the Elves, this scene scared me with all the sound effects! There are these amazing shots of the rams jumping and running into the dwarves. The arrows sound like a missile, except not as loud, but they sound very deadly. Then the ballistas crashing into the arrows and then crashing into the elves, hundreds of elves went flying, and Thranduil looked so scared, and it made this horrifying and loud sound. Then the wereworms (I keep thinking mealworms!!!) come in and the dwarves run out from the elven ranks and form the same shield wall.
THE BATTLE GOES ON
-Azog says destroy the war machines, and ogres all go after the chariots, and destroy them and knock them over. Also tons of new shots with rams, Thranduil and Dain fighting, they take out a lot of orcs and some of these orcs go flying. Though for the more soft-hearted viewers, just for caution-some rams get smashed into the ground by trolls.
LOSING THE BATTLE
-Same
INSIDE EREBOR
-Same, there might be a scene that I might not remember. Also most people seem to notice this scene as being slowed down, there are a ton throughout the movie!
SONS OF DURIN
-More shots of the army-and all the armies are much more fluid and realistic, there arent any weird shots with the orcs and unrealistic formation. The dwarves charge into the orcs, quickly taking them out, the only new shot with the orc army by itself is the troll that was in the Fathom Events trailer.
THE COMPANY IN BATTLE
-Tons of Dwarven scenes-too many to talk about. These are amazing, they really team up. Bofur gets A LOT of action-he also gets to ride a troll, which seems to be the same one that Legolas uses to crash into the tower.
RIDE TO RAVENHILL
-Thorin talks to Dain, who seems much less crazy haha-he says you cant go, youre our king and a bunch of new lines. The scene doesnt feel as weird as it did in the theatrical, and Dain says May Durin bless you all (something among those lines).
THE WARG CHASE
-This scene is EXTREMELY gritty. Thorin rides into the army, and is not featured as much in this scene. Balin goes too, with Fili, Kili, and Dain. Azog gives a command to destroy the war machine again, and Kili shouts to watch out. The chariot goes flying upwards, and the spores on the wheels completely destroy the ogres heads which is very gruesome with a lot of blood. Fili gets a cool part too, but I cant remember that part that well. The chariot continues, and a troll jumps into the lake (in trailer), then Bofur comes in with the troll hes riding and fights it with the troll, then eventually he falls off the troll. Then the war chariot comes across this troll holding up a ladder in the middle of the lake for orcs to cross, they shoot the troll down then use him as a bridge. Then the wargs come in, and this part is very violent. You only see two or three orc riders, but some of the wargs jump on the rams and kill them. Some wargs are pushed into rock and completely destroyed. Balin tells the rest of the dwarves on the chariot to go, and they all take the rams, as Balin continues to shoot down the wargs with the machine gun-like weapon on the chariot, saying that Im too old for this. They continue on, until they get to Ravenhill. You see Thorin again riding across something, and he says a line I cannot remember. There are a few shots of them running up Ravenhill, then the rams jump upon rocks, until they get farther up and its the same.
RAVENHILL
-Same, except there are dead bodies lying around from this point
BIFUR LOSES HIS AXE
-Bifur head bumps an orc, and his axe gets stuck in an orc. A bunch of dwarves try to help him, and the push him forward until the orc is about to fall off a cliff. Bombur then jumps by and grabs onto the orcs body and they both fall. The axe then comes out, and theyre looking at Bifur, with a hole in his head where the axe used to be (its slightly creepy for me-but no gore) all surprised. Bofur comes back with the axe asking where he wanted him to stick it. Then Bifur says something in English, and Bombur says something too. I slightly remember it, but Im running out of time here! Maybe Ill find it later, but its probably around the forums.
DEATH OF FILI
-New Legolas Shotsame as one in trailer, and the only new one otherwise than the Bolg fight. Also-the soundtrack is also changed in many places, but there is an epic version of the Woodland Theme that is very short when he flies with the bat between the cracked ruins like in the theatrical, but its brief.
DEATH OF KILI
-No new shots, but there appears to be more blood lying around him when he dies.
THE EAGLES HAVE COME
-Eagles enter in the same way- new aerial shot of Beorn with an eagle flying upwards-then same in theatrical when he falls off. More action for him, orcs climb all over him and an eagle flies by and takes a few off. He also grabs an orc with half of its body in his mouth, and whacks it around knocking back orcs with the body and his claws. There are a few really short shots with the eagles, but it isnt too clear right now.
BATTLE ON THE FALLEN TOWER
-The battle is much grittier. The action is the same, until Legolas pushes a dagger through Bolgs hand and it stays there, and theyre both looking at it. The dagger gets slightly pushed in more than Bolg falls back, and Legolas throws Orcist like in the theatrical-Bolg comes back up, and its the same, until Legolas makes the headshot. Instead of it just quickly going in, he takes a minute to pull it in farther and twist it, which makes a neck twisting sound.
DEATH OF THORIN
-The same-otherwise than a few more eagle shots. Thorin getting off Azog is really slowed down too.
BECAUSE ITS REAL
-Same, but theres some blood on the ground in this scene and some bodies lying around
THE FUNERAL
-Dale Horns are the same-except they cut into the funeral. The dwarves are walking in a candle lit room around the three dwarves who are lying down peacefully, it opens with an amazing shot with the Arkenstone in Thorins hands. The camera pans the dead bodies, and there is a heartbreaking shot of Bilbo about to cry-his face is really sad. Then the camera zooms out, and you see an array of candles-lots of them! Either Gandalf or Balin says The King is Dead. Then the company says Long live the king! Then the dwarves raise the swords up, and you see Dain with his crown.
BACK TO THE SHIRE
-No new shots
THE AUCTION
-Some parts seemed to be slowed down a little bit
THE CREDITS
-I didnt see everything, theres a lot to see in the credits! But there is a In Memory of Andrew Lesnie, and also Dave Comer. Im not sure if Christopher Lee gets one, but Im fine with that-Christopher Lee is an amazing actor-and Im sure all of them appreciate him. These two probably dont get as much publicity as him, but its so sad!!!
There are a few parts I may have missed or not have gone into detail that I may post about later, but for now Im off to do something!

To scena symboliczna w książce, wręcz kluczowa.

RADAGAST ODDAJE KOSTUR GANDALFOWI ! :)
