Leslie enlists his staff to model as famous figures in American history for a patriotic promotional calendar. It features Ingrid on the cover dressed provocatively as Betsy Ross. However, Ingrid later reveals that she's not a U.S. citizen. She explains that she came to the United States illegally with her parents when she was only two years old and has been living a lie ever since. Leslie decides to keep her secretly on the payroll and not pay any taxes. But Amy isn’t so charitable and wants her deported. When Chet the Cop reluctantly agrees to take her in, Ingrid is able to distract him and escape. Tracking her to where she is hiding in the dairy section, Leslie lays out a strategy for getting her citizenship that has them going to Las Vegas to get married. When Amy calls in the INS, Leslie uses Yolanda to distract the federal agents in order to give Ingrid a chance to get away. But Amy’s plan backfires when the agents arrest everyone except Leslie for tax violations."
