A rambunctious Dog runs all over the beach, rolls in the sand, and contracts fleas.  The cure is a corrective fleabelt that CatDog must wear in the middle of their body.  Cat refuses to be seen in the unfashionable belt and haughtily gives it to Dog.  However, when the fleas multiply out of control, a furious tug of war ensues as both Cat and Dog fight for the belt.  Finally, Cat agrees to a flea bath even though he is deathly afraid of water.Dog wolfs down cat food at a focus group taste test creating the latest taste sensation -- CatDog food.  CatDog are enlisted as the spokes-animals and mascots for CatDog Food.  They become instant celebrities and their newfound fame goes to Cat's feline head.
