Ojciec Brown Sezon 3 Odcinek 12: The Standing Stones

Sylvia (Maya Grant) meets Ginnie (Holly Lucas) at the Stones at midnight, hoping to use their power to heal Ginnie’s polio stricken son Freddie. But Ginnie pushes Sylvia away and tells her to go moments before a gloved hand goes over Sylvia’s mouth, muffling her screams. The next day Father Brown (Mark Williams) comes across Sylvia’s body at the Stones, finding and concealing a dowsing rod which he deduces belongs to local oddball Malcolm (Nigel Cooke). Returning the rod to Malcolm, Father Brown questions if he was at the stones last night and Malcolm presents a bloody kitchen knife in a rag. Sid (Alex Price) thinks that it is proof but Father Brown hands the knife in to the police and decides to conceal Malcolm’s involvement. But as Malcolm starts behaving even more erratically, Father Brown is forced to question his judgment. Is he protecting a killer?
