It's Didi's birthday and Stu and Lou are having a surprise party. After all of the chaos, they realize they have forgotten the most important thing: the birthday cake. They dash to the bakery and the babies find themselves trying to rescue Dil, who is about to become frosting. / Grandpa Lou's old army buddy is coming into town and he laments about being bald. The babies overhear and Angelica convinces Tommy that being bald means he'll never grow up. The babies try to find Tommy some "hair".
