Trish sets off to a less salubrious part of town in a bid to retrieve her lost mobile phone. Left in charge, Natalie struggles to deal with difficult claimant Keith and finds herself threatened with legal action. Meanwhile, Trish has problems of her own as Connor, who found her phone has also found some very personal pictures on it. Karl can't see the girl he's falling in love with sacked, but he has only Janette to help him save Natalie's job - but she's more concerned about her fellow security guard Paul's newfound horrific body odour.
