It’s overtime on Saturday for a 'health and wellbeing' training joint venture with the team from neighbouring Kingstanding branch. Visiting manager Denise can hardly move for health issues, whilst staff member Gary seems willing to risk his own wellbeing to find Angela’s ‘soft centre’. Trish is determined to go to any lengths to keep Karl and Natalie apart, but Karl's already in big trouble thanks to Kingstanding livewire Tyler and Natalie finds herself faced with a very big decision.
