Ron Croatti, the President and CEO of UniFirst Corporation, one of North America’s largest producers of work wear and uniforms, goes undercover posing as a former shop owner competing against another retired worker for one open job in the company. As an immigrant Italian, Ron’s grandfather began the company over 75 years ago, washing uniforms, while his grandmother was the presser. His grandfather was tragically killed when he was crushed in an industrial washing machine. To protect the family’s livelihood, Ron’s father stepped up to run the business, until he had a heart attack and passed the keys to Ron.
