Mark Mallory, the first directly elected African-American mayor of Cincinnati, goes undercover as an employee competing with another worker for a city job. As the mayor he will have to keep in contact with the director of community affairs during his undercover journey. Mark grew up in Cincinnati and comes from a political family headed by his father who was in the Ohio state legislature for 28 years. Mark is struggling with the city budget and is facing escalating deficits during the economic recession.
