Kryptonim szef Sezon 3 Odcinek 11: Philly Pretzel Factory

Dan Dizio is the CEO of the fastest growing pretzel bakery on the East Coast, Philly Pretzel Factory. Dan goes undercover as Michael Downs, a data entry processor who will be switching jobs with Philly Pretzel employees as part of a reality show called ‘Job Swap’. Dan started selling pretzels when he was 11 years old after he was recruited by a neighbor who owned a bakery and got stuck with a cancelled order of pretzels. Years later, when he began a career as a stock broker he found himself bored and miserable and decided to start his own pretzel factory with a friend. He maxed out a bunch of credit cards and was surprised there was a line around the block on the first day they opened. Through a lot of hard work and diligence, today Philly Pretzel is a 45 million dollar a year business with 120 franchise locations. Dan is going undercover to see what they can improve in order to build his company into a billion dollar national business. He will come to realize that he has lost touch with where he started from but will emerge with a renewed energy, understanding of the business, and just how great the people who work for him are.
