Jeff Young, Co-Owner of Yesco is going undercover in his own company. Jeff’s grandfather created the company back in 1920, passing the torch to his son and then his grandsons. When Jeff and his brothers took over in 1988, they started the franchise side of the business and it is growing at a steady pace. They currently have 88 franchise locations and plan to open 300 more by the time they hit their 100-year anniversary. The service franchise model depends on the technology that Yesco provides making it imperative for Jeff to go undercover at the franchise level to ensure that each location is following the corporate protocol.
