The remaining chefs "get their drink on" in the fourth episode of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami," charged with creating an appetizer that pairs well with a popular mixed drink. Calling the "shots" is special guest judge Jamie Walker (Global Ambassador to Bombay Sapphire Gin). Later, the chefs feel the heat from members of Chaine des Rôtisseurs, one of the most prestigious culinary food groups in the world. Special guest judge Barton G. Weiss (Owner of Barton G. Enterprises) will help determine who goes home and who is one challenge closer to becoming the next "Top Chef."
