Otrzymał następujące ordery:
- 2013 r. - Order Imperium Brytyjskiego w stopniu Oficera (OBE - Officer of the Order of the British Empire);
- 2020 r. - Order Imperium Brytyjskiego w stopniu Komandora (CBE - Commander of the Order of the British Empire).

W 1989 r. ukończył Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) w Londynie (Anglia, Wielka Brytania).
