Skład zespołu to M. Shadows (wokal), Synyster Gates (gitara), Zacky Vengeance (gitara), Johnny Christ (gitara basowa) oraz The Reverend "Rev" Tholomew Plague (perkusja). Grali w nim także Justin Sane (gitara basowa) i Deamon Ash (gitara basowa).

Zespół nagrał w 2010 roku płytę "Nightmare" z perkusistą Mikem Portnoyem.
