Nazwa zespołu jest skrótem od Five Treasure Island.

Zespół ma oficjalną podgrupę o nazwie F.T. Triple.

W skład zespołu wchodzą: Hong-ki Lee, Jong-hoon Choi, Jae-jin Lee, Min-hwan Choi i Seung-hyun Song. Początkowo do zespołu należał także Won-bin Oh.

Grupa powstała w 2007 roku.
