Od 1995 roku jest perkusistą zespołu Matchbox Twenty.

W 2008 roku wydał pod szyldem The Break and Repair Method solowy album pod tytułem "Milk the Bee".

W 1990 roku ukończył Norwin High School w North Huntingdon (Pensylwania, USA).
