Florence is thrown into panic by what the people of Florence believe to be a destructive, fire-breathing demon. But this is no demon. It's a mechanical man, designed by Leo. And Piero has had it built as part of a clever scheme to overthrow the Duke. Leo now has to meet his biggest challenge. What follows is a dramatic and violent confrontation between the humble artist's apprentice and Piero de' Medici, the richest and most powerful man in the city.
