Na pierwszej chyba widać całkiem dużo, bo tło za Bakerem przypomina ściany wewnątrz budynku visualize.

Poważnie? - Nie wiem czy bardziej kpić, czy gratulować spostrzegawczości (chyba będę musiała poczekać do emisji i zweryfikować ścianę z odcinkiem :)))

Nie wiem czy dowierzać Adrianowi, może to tylko myślenie życzeniowe. ;] Też poczekam do emisji, bo nie chce mi się grzebać w starych odcinkach, by sprawdzić wyjątkowość tej ścianki.

Look for "The Mentalist" to switch things up this season in a big way. "We're going to throw a lot of stuff at it this year," reports star Simon Baker. "I think by the end of the calendar year we'll have caught Red John." That, as anyone familiar with the long-running drama is aware, is the name of the serial killer at the center of the mystery that's run throughout its six-year history: Who murdered Baker's Patrick Jane character's wife and child in an act of revenge? So if Red John is caught, how will Jane go on? Will he follow through with threats to kill the monster? "I don't want to give too much away, but this year it's going to be different. If you miss an episode you might miss something on the progression of the story because it's going to move quite quickly. I think it's going to be far more serialized. That's really because we are in the sixth season, and why the hell not, you know?" asks the handsome Aussie star. "I think we're going to just really mix the show up the second half the season. It's really risky, which I like," he says. "I'm quite happy about that. I find it exciting and refreshing. I've read the first five outlines, and it's like anything can happen."

wygląda, że póki co to RJ zostanie zlokalizowany i schwytany a później prawdopodobnie będzie starał się korzystając z układów umknąć sprawiedliwości a Jane będzie przeciwdziałał.

wszystko możliwe, sądząc z entuzjazmu w wypowiedzi Bakera, nawet biorąc poprawkę, że to w celach reklamowych się tak ekscytuje to i tak brzmi ciekawie.

RJ będzie próbował najpierw omamić przysięgłych ale to nie pójdzie więc trafi do więzienia gdzie może wywołać bunt i uciec.. a Jane może to przewidzieć i go zabije gdy wydostanie się z więzienia

jakbym ja miała decydować to bym zastosowała taki scenariusz : RJ złapany i podlega Ławie Przysięgłych, a ta by orzeka winny , po czym sędzia wymierza karę śmierci ( póki co w Kalifornii obowiązuje).

Podczas , gdy RJ oczekiwał by w celi śmierci to Jane z zespołem i innymi " siłami" przeprowadza walkę z " siecią" stworzoną przez RJ i niszczy dzieło jego życia, to by był tryumf Patricka i najlepsza zemsta

ale niech to wszystko się stanie zanim on pójdzie na krzesło :D niech patrzy jak cała praca idzie w drzazgi :)

Mi raczej wydaje się, że opcja z RJ za kratkami odpada. Po pierwsze zmieniłoby to znacznie dynamikę serialu (na jakiś prison break). Poza tym żaden z podejrzanych (może poza Kirklandem) nie posiada takiego diabelicznego pierwiastka, w który widz mógłby uwierzyć, oglądając Go na ekranie dłużej niż 5 min. Partridge jest ogólnie krejzolem, ale nie rodzaju budzącego strach, powagę, przerażenie. Bertram czy Haffner to z kolei krawaciarze, za kratkami wyglądaliby jak jacyś prezesi czegoś-tam skazani za machloje finansowe.

Dlatego uważam, że będzie jakaś jedna otwarta scena rozmowy PJ z RJ, w której to ziemskie wcielenie RJ wykrzesa z siebie cało to zło po czym zupełnie ludzko zginie. Strzelam (nomen-omen), że z ręki Lisbon, co może być dość ironiczne zważywszy te wszystkie (przeszłe i przyszłe - jeśli ufać spoilerom) wykłady, jak to RJ należy aresztować i postawić przed sąd. Po prostu nie potrafię dokonać projekcji zabicia RJ przez PJ bez skojarzenia ze sceną w CH, a to już było... Z drugiej strony byłby to jakiś też niedosyt bo PJ w tej batalii z RJ jest bardzo jednak bezradny, a postęp w śledztwie dokonał się w głupi sposób. Jeśli miałoby się okazać, że to Lisbon strzela do RJ, np. ratując PJ to już byłby cały festiwal prywatnych porażek PJ. I chociaż finalnie liczy się efekt to myślę, że PJ ujęłoby to satysfakcji. Może też trudniej byłoby ruszyć dalej z życiem, bo taka wygrana to jak przegrana...

to zakładasz, że żaden z 7 nie udźwignie roli RJ . Ja bym jednak chciała, żeby po tak długim czasie budowania mitu RJ teraz nastąpiło pokazanie jego osoby.
Haffner np. dałby radę, moim zdaniem, zmienić swoją twarz na podszytą kontrolowanym szaleństwem twarz seryjnego mordercy.

ADAM: With the show wrapping up the Red John story line this season, creator Bruno Heller hints that the unresolved sexual tension between the core duo will perhaps move to the fore. "I think they absolutely love each other," he says. "Have they ever laid there at night and thought about the other one and what that would be like to be a romantic couple? Of course they have, and that's exactly what they're going to continue feeling and thinking." Then again, catching Red John might change those feelings altogether. "They care so much about each other, [but] with the stakes being ratcheted up by Red John being ever-present, it's a pressure-cooker situation," Simon Baker says. "They have to lean on each other more, but it's also going to be easy for them to blow each other's fuse."

PS. Zdjęcie ze strony wyżej wygląda jak mapa ewolucji (od 'Chinki' do blondynki) :P

Tak, dokładnie to od Koreanki, ale Chinka się ładnie częstochowsko rymuje. ;]

Zaczynają podkręcać poziom UST w mediach, mam nadzieję, że nie będą gołosłowni i będzie to miało przełożenie na to, co widzimy na ekranie.
Oglądam latem Rookie Blue i mimo że główna para została nazwana przez scenarzystów "romansem stulecia", to oboje zostali wepchnięci w nowe związki, a po ich uczuciu ani śladu od kilku odcinków. Mentalista ma historię zamiataniu wątków pod dywan.

No mają, w ostatnim sezonie Lisbon miała być nie wiem jak zazdrosna o Lorelei, co na ekranie widać było chyba w jednej scenie (z podsłuchiwaniem rozmowy PJ-Lorelei), chociaż nawet i nie (bo to raczej pryncypialność zawodowa była). Ja bym Lisbon wepchnęła w inny związek. A PJ niech cierpi, bo mu z tym do twarzy.

Nie, no trochę tego było. To przesłuchanie, później po zabójstwie Lorelei, no i ta scena, kiedy Lisbon ewidentnie się odsłoniła ze swoimi uczuciami.

Ja mam nadzieję, że w 6 sezonie Lisbon nie będzie miała już powodów do zazdrości, bo Bruno Heller nie wprowadzi innych kobiet kręcących się wokół Patricka, z którymi on będzie się całował itp.

Chociaż trudno mieć co do tego pewność, bo to w końcu dwadzieścia parę odcinków i zapewne scenarzyści wiedzą, że tyle odcinków bez jakichś "romansów" Patricka może widza zniechęcić. No bo wtedy byśmy mieli Patricka tylko chodzącego z punktu A do B w garniturze, szukającego Red Johna, poważnego itp. i żadnej odmiany.

Zauważcie, że w KAŻDYM sezonie co parę odcinków były pokazane jakieś zauroczenia Patricka kobietą lub jakieś interakcje z kobietami, typu właśnie pocałunki czy słynna scena w motelu z Lorelei. Prowadzenie tej "gry" z Lisbon było zawsze tylko tłem do tych wszystkich, nazwijmy to, romansów.

Ciekawe jak będzie w 6 sezonie - czy scenarzyści zrezygnują całkowicie z okazji pokazania widzom co któryś odcinek Patricka w takiej właśnie odsłonie, czy może nadal utrzymają tę tradycję, ale już tego typu sceny będą nie z innymi kobietami, a z Lisbon. Oczywiście dla wielu to byłby balsam na serce. :)

Coś tam było w spoilerach o pojawieniu się roli kobiecej w szeregach CBI. Wg zapowiedzi ma ona jakoś spowodować, że PJ zostanie w CBI po schwytaniu RJ, jeśli dobrze kojarzę. Nie ma jeszcze informacji o obsadzeniu tej roli, więc nie ma jak ocenić Pani 'po warunkach', czy nadaje się na obiekt westchnień dla PJ'a (lub odwrotnie), ale coś się też w Internecie przewinęło, że jest szansa na cień zainteresowania. Wg mnie jednak to PJ, a nie Lisbon w poprzednim sezonie odsłonił się z uczuciami, więc opcji na romans poboczny nie widzę. Teraz Jisbon ;-).

Mentalist Boss Bruno Heller Breaks Down the Red John Suspects
It's the beginning of the end for the Red John story line on CBS' The Mentalist. Creator Bruno Heller has promised that the case which has plagued Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) since Season 1 will be solved this year. And based on the Season 6 premiere, Heller and Co. aren't wasting any time in getting to the conclusion.

The kickoff episode (Sunday, 10/9c, CBS) picks up immediately after the conclusion of Season 5, with Jane and Lisbon (Robin Tunney) in possession of seven names — one of whom will be exposed as Red John midway through the season. By the end of the premiere, one suspect will be out of the running, one will (arguably) have emerged as the frontrunner, and Lisbon and Jane find themselves closer to Red John than they've ever been before. And in this case, that might not be a good thing.

"We've never really started a season with this kind of situation in which our guys are very, very close to the bad guy, but the bad guy knows exactly as much as they do," Heller tells TVGuide.com. "It's an interesting chess position that they're both in as we start. ... In this first episode, Lisbon is dealing with the fact that Jane for the first time doesn't seem to know what to do next. And that scares the hell out of her."

We asked Heller to make a case for each of the seven suspects. "All of those guys have reasons to hide aspects of their personality," he says. "It's just a question of whether they're hiding for ordinary prosaic reasons or for sinister, evil reasons."

Brett Stiles (Malcolm McDowell): "He's certainly a frontrunner, partly because it's Malcolm McDowell," Heller quips of the recurring guest star, who plays the leader of the Visualize cult. (Not to mention his history of insanity.) "He has the money, he has the resources, and he certainly has the kind of single-minded temperament and lust for power that you would expect to have from someone like Red John," Heller notes.

Gale Bertram (Michael Gaston): As the CBI director, Bertram is certainly in an ideal position to carry out the Red John killings. "[Being] well-placed inside a law enforcement organization, gives him a lot of power," Heller says. "He has admitted that he is a duplicitous and a manipulative person already. We know he can play two sides of the same issue very well. He's certainly got the intellect for it. Whether he has the depth of evil required of this guy, that remains to be seen." Will Jane and Lisbon be able to keep their suspicions about their boss secret this season?

Bob Kirkland (Kevin Corrigan): The Homeland Security agent is "a dark horse," according to Heller. "If you were a betting man, he'd be an outside shot I think, but a good dark horse. He is probably the most mysterious of the candidates, and that makes him suspicious. His behavior sometimes, even what we've seen of his behavior, is inexplicable and even murderous. So, if he ain't Red John, he's certainly one weird cat."

Ray Haffner (Reed Diamond): Heller characterizes former CBI supervisor and cult member Ray Haffner as "the sort of Richard Gere-as-villain type. Smiling, charming. Maybe seems a little too shallow to be a serial killer, or too light. ... With Haffner, he always seems smiling and cheery but there always seems to be a dark cloud behind that smile. That, more than anything, would be what made me suspicious of him."

Reede Smith (Drew Powell): Reed certainly has a temper, but does that make him a killer? "He doesn't even try to hide his anger. He's clearly a man with issues," Heller admits. "The question is, Red John is obviously a very, very intelligent person. What would be a better place to hide your real sort of psychopathic anger than behind a mask of anger? Probably most people are expecting Red John to be a calm, cool, collected type of person. If you were Red John and you wanted to disguise yourself, then you would certainly disguise yourself as the kind of red-faced, angry kind of guy that he can be."

Thomas McAllister (Xander Berkeley): "Again, he's well-placed as a law enforcement official," Heller says of Sheriff McAllister. "He, like Kirkland, has a lot of mystery in his past that makes it difficult to judge. He's a dark horse candidate. He's not a Top 3. He hasn't displayed any signs of madness or anger or homicidal tendencies. So, there's no handle on which Jane can put his suspicions — which in itself is suspicious."

Brett Partridge (Jack Plotnick): "You've always got to be suspicious of the nerds," Heller cautions. "He's both a slightly embittered soul and a very intelligent person. Someone who feels they've been underestimated, underrated and mistreated by the world. Demographically, he's right there where a profiler would say, 'Yeah.'" As far as his career choice as a forensic investigator, "That's exactly the kind of job that a serial killer would want to take up. That's exactly the interests that a serial killer would have. [But] he always appears slightly weedy. Is he concealing strength or is he really that flaccid a person? It's hard to tell."
