The ratings for Pucks! are a disaster. Carol informs Sean and Beverly that there's one positive sign: network research shows that the students in Pucks! are a hit with a key younger demographic. Sean and Beverly are ordered to cut Matt's part down and write more for the boys. It doesn't take long for Matt to notice his scenes are shrinking, while floppy-haired teen heartthrob Stoke is getting more and more storylines. Sean and Beverly are forced to come clean, and Matt is livid.
