Frank, Kick, Bishop and James are faced with multiple missing persons’ cases in Seneca Hills, PA. This time, three female college students - Zoey Price, Amy Holt and Jenna Tucker - request rides through popular app, DestiNation, but they never make it home. In an effort to find and save the victims, and catch the perpetrator, Kick and Bishop pressure the owners of the app, Kyle Parrish and Dylan Bender, to hand over proprietary information, but Kick’s intuition leads the group in a different direction. Meanwhile, Kick and Bishop slowly start developing a mutual respect for one another and they find out that they have more in common than they think. When Frank makes a significant discovery, it leads to a series of cross-examinations through which Kick and Bishop ultimately uncover the shocking truth of the missing women.
