Today, it is the number one automotive care franchise in the world, raking in over 450 million dollars a year at its 470 shops in 48 states in the United States. For the last 10 months, the President, Jose Costa, has been steering Maaco in the right direction by taking it from a small 1970s business to a first-in-class, 21st century company. He wants to go undercover because the field has gotten more competitive and it’s really important that Maaco keeps up and stays on top.
