Husband and wife team, Gina and Jason Rivera founded Phenix Salon Suites in 2007, this unique business has more than 50 locations nation wide, 1700 salon professionals and generates $25 million dollars in revenue. As the first “boutique suite” concept of its kind, the company provides ownership to salon professionals without the huge cost of owning and operating their own salon. Gina grew up with a family of hairdressers and her true passion has always been hair care. After the birth of their first son, Phenix, Gina and Jason decided to take the plunge and open their first salon, they named it Phenix Salon after their son. As the company grows, Gina wants to see first hand what they need to improve on and what is successful in their franchises.
