Sixty- four year old Alan McKim, Founder and CEO of Clean Harbors is going undercover in his own company. Founded in 1980, Clean Harbors developed rapidly into a thriving business. However, Alan is now concerned about its future. His employees are specially trained, highly experienced, not easy to replace and many are now hitting retirement age.
