Gwiezdne Wojny też zdubbingowali, aż dla dzieci nie jest. Nie potrafimy szybko, ze zrozumieniem czytać, dlatego dubbingują.

Polskie zabiegi marketingowe są poprostu nieprofesjonalne, to że trailer jest puszczany przed bajkami wynika z nieznajomości bądź z niezrozumienia filmu.
Film absolutnie nie jest dla dzieci, fakt - nie ma tam ani krwi ani pokazanych brutalnych scen ale jestem przekonany że po prostu żadnemu dziecku się on nie spodoba. Można naczytać się w internecie wiele opinii rodzinek z dziecmi które wybrały się na film i były rozczarowane z tego powodu że to nie jest kino familijne co niestety może niektórym sugerować trailer.

Dokładnie, jednak moim zdaniem sceny z wzajemnym pożeraniem zwierząt są brutalne - wizualnie i dźwiękowo. Warto pokazać dziecku sceny z wielorybem, bo są piękne, ale to 30 sekund z filmu.

Może oglądalismy różne wersje (o ile są takie), ale w mojej nie było pokazanych brutalnych scen, były zakomunikowane brutalne fakty takie jak np Tygrys rzucający się na kozę - ale już moment zabijania kozy nie jest pokazany. Jak to w przypadku wielu filmów na których producent chce żeby mógł się pojawić młodszy widz, film specjalnie jest zrobiony tak żeby nie pokazywać krwi albo przemocy, np orangutan na którego rzuciła się hiena zamaist leżeć w kałuży krwi z rozszarpanym gardłem po prostu sobie leży, autorzy o to zadbali.

Dla mnie były brutalne. Jedni chrupią popcorn w trakcie sceny z np. podrzynaniem gardła, a inni zamykają oczy. Kwestia gustu, czy raczej genów - stąd np. urodzeni socjopaci. Tak, czy owak - film nie dla dzieci.

Jeżeli chcesz komuś mówić o tym co w filmie jest a co nie jest pokazane to radziłbym raczej nie zamykać oczu podczas oglądania Życia Pi.

VIOLENCE & GORE
Many animal deaths. Animal lovers might find this film hard to watch.

A tiger attacks a small goat and drags it though the bars of its cage (offscreen), and we hear the goat cry in pain. The tiger is shown dragging the animal away to eat it.

We see a Zebra jump from the upper decks of a ship into a life boat. On impact, we hear a loud crunching sound and learn the the Zebra has broken it's leg.

At one point, there is Zebra, Orangutan, and Hyena on the lifeboat with Pi. The Hyena begins to starve and eventually goes after the Zebra. We see it biting the Zebra on its back leg as the Zebra struggles. The next day we see the dead Zebra with blood. The Hyena then goes after the Orangutan. It knocks the Hyena out with its fist and the Hyena lies motionless on the floor of the boat. After a few seconds, it lunges at the Orangutan, grabs it by the throat, and pulls it onto the floor. We see the Orangutan laying in a pool of blood. Once the Hyena tries to go after Pi, he taunts it with loud yelling and eventually a Tiger comes out from under the tarp and kills the Hyena. The bodies of the Hyena and Zebra are briefly seen later.

Pi tosses a rat at the Tiger and it swallows it whole. We see the back side of the rat moving inside the tigers mouth before it swallows it.

A boy catches a large fish and stabs it several times until it is dead. He then stares down at the fish's injuries and feels very upset about what he has done. The fish's eye looks disturbingly human.

We see the Tiger eating several Meerkats. This scene can be upsetting for some.

A boy finds a human tooth in the center of a leafy fruit.

At the end of the film, several offscreen deaths are described in a lengthy scene. Two people are said to have been murdered so their bodies could be used for fish bait, and a boy later says that he killed the man who murdered his mother.


FRIGHTENING / INTENSE SCENES
A boy is forced to watch a tiger attack a goat by his angry father (the goat's actual death is not shown).

A hyena vomits on a small boat. Later on, a tiger vomits from sea sickness. The boy pees on the boat to mark his territory (nudity is not shown), and the tiger retaliates by spraying urine in the boy's face (the tiger's genitals are quickly shown).

A hyena kills the last herbivore remaining in the lifeboat. Pi gets angry,takes a knife and screams at the hyena. Pi then looks at the herbivore and cries. Really emotional scene.

There is a powerful storm at sea which is shown in dramatic and intense detail. There is a shipwreck, and several zoo animals are shown trying to escape the decks. A boy screams at the ship's crew to help him save his family, but they push him into a life boat. The boy's family members are not shown again. Later on, the boy imagines zoo animals floating under the water, implying that they all drowned, in a very emotionally intense moment.

A boy frankly discusses the chances that a tiger will eat him and the necessity of his catching fish for the tiger - not out of concern for the tiger but to give it something to eat besides himself.

A boy screams that he has lost everything into a heavy storm. A lifeboat fills with rain water and the tiger almost drowns.

The scene where the hyena kills the zebra could be very disturbing for younger viewers. Although it is shown from a distance, and you can see only the flailing limbs of the zebra, it is quite obvious what is happening, and the scene is made more intense by Pi's helpless screaming at the hyena.

absolutnie nie jest pokazane jak ryba jest dźgana kilkakrotnie tylko jest pokazany chłopak który uderza w coś co jest po za obiektywem kamery. Brutalne fakty są w filmie przedstawione w formie domysłu, temu nie zaprzeczałem ale nie ma ich na ekranie.
Niema także orangutana w kałuży krwi, są za to krople wody które mogłby sugerować dorosłemu widzowi krew, natomiast samej krwi brak właśnie dlatego że producentom zależało na kategorii PG, dlatego przemoc nie jest pokazana na ekranie.
