Ivy discovers that Raj’s health has taken a turn for the worse. Adrianna takes the opportunity to try and rekindle her relationship with Navid while Silver is hospitalized in a psych ward following her relapse with her bipolar disorder. Meanwhile, Naomi and Max’s relationship is tested to the limit.

22: The gang prepares to graduate from West Beverly, but that may not include Naomi after she is accused of cheating, also her relationship with Max becomes rocky when Max is expelled. Meanwhile, Annie begins to worry about Liam after he tells her that he has decided not to attend college. Ryan makes Debbie a surprising offer that involves moving to Paris. Ivy and Raj have a big indian wedding but that is quickly follwed by a funeral. When the group learns about Adrianna's vindictive scheme against Silver, she is socially shunned which drives her off the deep end and off a cliff when she contemplates suicide. In the end someone is revealed to be pregnant.
