As part of its December round of production support, Nordisk Film & TV Fond has allocated its largest grant of NOK2.050.000 to Heaven on Earth (Så ock på Jorden), the sequel to the 2005 Swedish Academy Award nominated As it is in Heaven.With Heaven on Earth, director/writer Kay Pollak has reunited some of the key actors from the 2004 hit As it is in Heaven such as Frida Hallgren, André Sjöberg, Lennart Jähkel and Niklas Falk. He goes back to the story of the choir of a small Swedish village and to soprano singer Lena, expecting the child of the choir conductor (Michael Nyqvist) who passed away in the original film. Anders Birkeland produces for GF Studios, with Svensk Filmindustri as co-producer. SF International will start pre-sales in Berlin.
